Gravity is Love

Love is the gravity that draws the Lover to his Beloved, This attraction is stronger than the bond between the Sun and her planets. The planets dedicated to this endless revolution, Hoping to inch closer and closer to the Solar Goddess. Between distances great and small, Between molecules and between stars, Love holds everything together. The thousands of miles between Lover and Beloved seem great, At least they are not stars, Divided by millions of light years, With a love so strong that has lasted an eternity, And will last another eternity. A simple glimpse of the Sun makes the planets go crazy with Love, Revolving while spinning, Drunk with an undying Love, With no hope to consummate these passions. The Lover’s ardent wooing of his Beloved is no different, With every molecule of his being, He flickers like a flame, Dancing in the wind. The Lover dreams of his Beloved, Where every molecule of his being, In an eternal embrace, Vibrates

Immaterial

Why limit yourself with the material wealth  of this physical world,  when the wealth of love is priceless in comparison? One cannot connect with the Beloved through phones and computers, Shut your eyes to the world of coltan and silicon, and open your heart of gold!

The Lotus and Dragonfly

Image
Illustrated by: Truong Thi Tue Dung She is a lovely blooming Lotus, And I am but a dragonfly. I land on her soft open petals, And drink the sweet nectar from her heart, Leaving me drunk from the sweetness she brings to the world. I rub my wings on her silky petals, Thanking her for the love she provided me, Tell her that her flower is the only one who has sustained my life, And prevented me from drowning in the deep waters on which she is floating. I ready my wings to fly away, She closes her petals as I hover over her, I leave a teardrop onto her closed leaves, To remind her again of her beauty. I fly away to distant lands, Where no such Lotus flowers bloom. If I had no wings, I’d stay within her purple flower forever, But alas, My wings take me away from where my heart wants to go.
